It should take less than 30 seconds, unless the net is slow or something. It should show you the mod options, with the custom plate you just made in the upper right corner (if not, go to the plate screen again, select the one you made, then go back to your car.Ħ - Hit the ORDER button under your car diagram.ħ - An order form should appear, with the Total being something like $100300 (Depending on whether you change the color options of the plate.) Hit accept.Ĩ - Ingame, wait for a message to appear, I believe in the upper left, saying your order is ready. Make sure you follow it exactly, and it should work.ġ - Ingame, drive the vehicle whose plate you want to change to LSC, and wait outside it (I recommend you put yourself in Passive.)ģ - In the app, create your custom plate.Ĥ - In the app, go to the Garage, scroll down to your Online character (make sure it's the one you want it on if you have 2 characters) then scroll through the vehicles available in it until you find the one you're driving.ĥ - Select that vehicle.
Not sure exactly what problem you're having here, so here's the guide I made a while back on getting the iFruit app to actually work, because it's finnicky at best.
